Golden Isthmus Travel

1. Booking and Reservations

All tours and travel experiences offered by Golden Isthmus Travel must be booked in advance through our website or directly with our team. A booking is considered confirmed once payment (or a required deposit) has been received and a confirmation email has been sent to the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information during the booking process. Any errors in booking details must be reported as soon as possible.

2. Payments

A deposit is required at the time of booking. We accept debit and all major credit cards.

If a deposit is required, the remaining balance must be paid before the tour departure date. Failure to complete payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may cancel their booking by contacting Golden Isthmus Travel directly.

Refund policies may vary depending on the tour. As a general guideline:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the tour date may receive a full or partial refund.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour may be subject to cancellation fees.
• No-shows or cancellations on the day of the tour are typically non-refundable.

If Golden Isthmus Travel must cancel a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational issues, customers will be offered an alternative date or a refund where applicable.

4. Changes to Itineraries

While we aim to deliver tours exactly as described, itineraries may occasionally change due to weather, local conditions, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Golden Isthmus Travel reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to tour schedules or activities when necessary to ensure guest safety and the quality of the experience.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents required for their trip, including passports, visas, or health documentation if applicable.

Golden Isthmus Travel is not responsible for issues arising from missing or incorrect travel documentation.

6. Health and Safety

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by guides and staff during tours and activities.

Guests should inform the company in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect their participation in activities.

Golden Isthmus Travel reserves the right to refuse participation in activities if it is believed a guest’s health or safety may be at risk.

7. Liability

While Golden Isthmus Travel works with trusted partners and takes reasonable precautions to ensure safe and enjoyable travel experiences, participation in tours and activities involves certain risks.

By booking a tour, guests acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Golden Isthmus Travel is not responsible for injuries, losses, delays, or damages that occur beyond the company’s control.

9. Photography and Media
